Welcome to Space for Healing, which is a grounded and intuitive healing space rooted in the understanding that lasting change happens only when the body, the nervous system, the subconscious and the soul are included. Only then can insight and knowledge turn into lived sustainable transformation.🌱
My name is Dinah and I am happy to have you here❤️
This is not a method.
It is a living blend.
My work is inspired and informed by:
• Somatic Experiencing (SE): pendulation, titration, nervous system regulation
• Trauma-adapted yoga (TAY) and embodied movement
• Shamanic and spiritual perspectives
• Energy work and work within the subtle field
• Mind–body practices such as EFT/tapping, NLP, hypnosis-inspired techniques
• Guided meditations and subconscious dialogue
• Kinesiological muscle testing and intuitive assessment
• Reiki and work with stored or “stuck” energies/emotions
• Breathwork
All of this is held within a grounded, relational and trauma-aware container.
Nothing is forced.
Nothing is rushed.
Everything is adapted to you.
How healing happens here
Many of us understand ourselves well on a cognitive level –
yet our bodies still react with tension, fear or collapse when we try to move forward.
In Space for Healing, we work with:
• the nervous system’s capacity and pace, not the mind’s expectations
• gentle expansion through pendulation, no pushing or forcing
• small, tolerable steps instead of overwhelm
• creating safety first, then movement/action
• allowing emotions, sensations and energy to complete unfinished cycles
We don’t override resistance.
We listen to it.
Healing here is both clinical and intuitive, both structured and fluid.
Some sessions are quiet and subtle.
Others are deeply emotional, energetic or transformational.
Your system leads. I follow, guide and hold.
This work is for you if you:

About Dinah
I don’t work from one method, I work from lived experience.
My path into this work began through my own healing journey, shaped by trauma, nervous system dysregulation, deep inner work and a long process of remembering my body as a place of safety.
Over the years, I have trained in trauma-adapted yoga (TAY), Somatic Experiencing, and a range of mind–body and energy-based modalities. But just as important as my formal education is what I’ve learned by listening to my body, to others, and to the subtle language beneath words.
My way of working is intuitive, grounded and relational.
I listen with my whole system.
I trust the body.
I trust pacing.
I trust that healing unfolds when there is enough safety to allow truth to surface.
In my sessions, different tools may appear; movement, stillness, touch, breath, imagery, energy work, dialogue with the subconscious. Nothing is pre-decided. Everything is shaped in the moment, together.
I hold a deep respect for both science and spirit, and I don’t see them as opposites.
